人體儀器使用手冊

常常想著人體或許只是一個儀器

在某個狀況下會理所當然的出現某種本能反應  

而真正會用的人少之又少

於是我們嘗試著通過【禪修】來與法界溝通

常常卻調錯頻率或被自己的雜訊干擾 

四大不調合的我們生存在這五行不平衡的世界上

何時才能得到解脫 

候鳥

義無反顧展翅南飛

是宿命是責任是本能

還是為了履行那久遠的諾言

一年又一年

attachment

we thought through the idea of attachement during the teaching of platform sutra.

transform negetive attachment into positive attachment, that's the first step. 

after that, we teach ourselves to become less attachment and eventually achieve no attachement. 

and then we learn how to get away from such condition of no attachement and obtain no-no-attachement. 

it is then we go back to attachment, without being attached to anything. 

In Control

When we are in control, or feel in control of something, we sense security, and such false feeling of security makes us urgently want to hold on. We are afraid of losing, thus we force ourselves to be in control, and force everything around us to be within our control. We are constantly unhappy because soon or later we realize that we are unable to control many factors in life.

In the end, we do not have the control, but we do have choices.

I choose to be a happier me, and therefore I choose to learn how to let it be.
